In 2004 she won the Miss Magazine annual gravure idol contest put on by publisher Kodansha. According to her blog, Tezuka retired from the gravure idol world as of March 31, 2007.

Tezuka returned to the media spotlight in May, 2008 by reporting via webcast on the press release for Metal Gear Solid 4 held by Sony in Tokyo. From the footage of this webcast it is apparent that she has had breast reduction during her previous retirement. Following her return to show business, Tezuka became a weather reporter for a regional company that provides cellphone updates. Her blog reopened during this time period only to shut down again on April 14, 2009.

On April 15, 2009, it was announced that Tezuka would be changing her stage name to Eiko Maeda and joining the pop idol group SKE48. Often dubbed "Idoling No. 8", she is one of original members and has been the most popular member of the Japanese all-girl idol group Idoling. Fonchi was born in 1990 in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa to Vietnamese immigrant parents who came from Saigon, South Vietnam. Fonchi participated in an audition, the SMA Teens Audition, held by Sony Music Artists in 2005, becoming the runner up. She joined Idoling as an original member in 2006.

She began to be known as the "protégé" of Sayuri Kokusho, a seasoned actress known formerly as "Onyanko No. 8", and began appearing on numerous non-Idoling television shows in late 2007. Leah Donna Dizon was born in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 24, 1986. Her mother is of French descent and her father is half Filipino and half Chinese. Her parents work as casino dealers. Dizon is the fourth of six children: she has two older brothers, an older sister, and two younger brothers. In an interview, she explains that she listened to rock and R&B music and trained in dance since the age of 12. Dizon has said that her mother was "very strict and monitored Dizon's spending habits". When she was 14 years old, she worked at a clothing store and eventually saved enough money to travel to Japan alone for a trip.

She attended the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts for her freshman and sophomore years but graduated from the public Eldorado High School in 2004, where she became active in theater. At the age of 18, Dizon relocated to Los Angeles, California and attended college as a film major for her freshman year.

While living in Los Angeles, Dizon worked as a promotional model for local car shows. Eventually, her photographs were posted online. This was followed by "Koi Shiyō", and "L・O・V・E U" which also peaked at number 7 on the Oricon Weekly Chart. The title track is described as a "grooving, up-tempo dance song" and the single features 2 B-sides: "Could you be that one?" and "Aishiteru: Love Story" (アイシテル～ Love Story?). Koi Shiyō was used in a Lotte TV advert, while "Could you be that one?" was featured in a PlayStation 3 Ninja Gaiden Sigma TV advert, with Dizon starring in both commercials. In September 2007, Dizon released her debut album, Destiny Line, under Victor Entertainment. The CD+DVD Edition contains 14 tracks, 10 of which she penned herself on the single PVs alongside a special album PV "Again and Again". The CD+1 only edition contains the digitally-released remix of "Koi Shiyō", called "Koi Shiyō (Yasutaka Nakata-Capsule Mix)".

After the release of Destiny Line, Dizon continued with two singles: "Love Paradox" and "Vanilla" (both 2008). Her second album, Communication!!!, was released in August 2008. "Under the Same Sky" was used as the theme song for the Japanese drama Tokyo Prom Queen. She made a guest appearance on the show as Naomi, the prom queen from the previous year.

In February 2008, Dizon began dating her stylist Bun (born 1979), whom she had met while shooting the music video for Love Paradox. On October 10, 2008, while three months pregnant, Dizon married Bun in a traditional Japanese ceremony. These initial stages were chronicled and announced during her Communication!!! Album Tour several days after the marriage. Dizon was quoted as saying:

"I have important news to tell you. I have actually got married! I'm pregnant, too. My family and I are very happy. Now, I think they'll have a lot of difficulties and changes. Of course, it is a little scary. But also, I am interested and looking forward to beginning a new life."

The couple's daughter, Mila, was born on April 24, 2009. On February 14, 2010, Dizon appeared on live television and discussed making cookies for Bun. Subsequently, she confessed that their relationship had been aversive ever since the birth. That same month, she was featured in a spread for Glamourous Magazine, where she discussed motherhood and her hopes to return to the entertainment industry. It was her first magazine cover in nearly two years. On October 31, 2010, she announced that she and Bun had separated and filed for divorce earlier that month, and she was seeking full custody of their daughter. According to Dizon, the split was due to "busy schedules and inability to meet regularly differing opinions toward raising children" alongside "irreconcilable differences". According to a statement released on February 22, 2011 by Dizon's agency, Dizon received full custody of their daughter Mila and details of their arrangement were private. Aragaki's career began when she appeared in the junior fashion magazine nicola. Upon learning that the magazine was looking for a new face, Aragaki's sister turned in an audition profile for her. Starting as a gravure idol on webzines such as Weekly Playboy Mobile and Cellphone Young Magazine, Aive released her first DVD MSG: Mix School Girl in 2008, where she dressed in various costumes such as school uniforms and swimsuits. She released her second DVD Aiveam in 2009 and third DVD shot in Okinawa, Lovely Aive, in the same year.

She first appeared on television in May 2009 in TV Tokyo–NHK's weekly variety show Itsuzai Second. She had appeared in a total of 17 episodes of the show, in which she had co-starred with Ikki Sawamura, Satomi', Takeshi Tsuruno, Ryotaro Okiayu, Masaru Hamaguchi, Ken Horiuchi, Teppei Arita among others, by April 2010.

Airi & Meiri (あいり&めいり?) (born March 31, 1985) are a Japanese gravure idol and AV idol duo of twin sisters. Their presentation was based on Japanese double singing idols, a concept where two singers with similar appearance and actions appear together.

Airi made her AV debut under the alias Risako Nakahara with July 2004 ONE release Spoilt Younger Sister: Risako Nakahara & Rimi Tokino and continued until the siblings started their AV career as a duo on the KMP Million label. Airi & Meiri appeared in a number of adult videos for the KMP and Real Works studios in 2005 and 2006.

On April 26, 2006, they recorded and released a maxi-single Double Fantasia through Sexual Kiss Records, an independent record company which specialized in AV actresses. As part of the promotion for the release, they appeared at a live event by Sexual Kiss Records on October 30, 2005 in Shibuya. Along with a number of other AV actresses who had recently made their debut on CD, Airi & Meiri also appeared at an event in August 2006 titled "AV SUPER STAR LIVE Beauty Bambie Night". Maria Ozawa (小澤マリア, born January 8, 1986), who used the name Miyabi (みやび) early in her career, is a former Japanese adult video (AV) actress knownin Japan as an AV idol.

Ozawa enjoys playing video games, and owns a pinkNintendo DS Lite, and a pink PlayStation 2 console. She has been fairly openabout her private life granting several interviews and keeping a very detailedtext and picture blog of her life and activities dating back to October 2005.

Ozawa was born in Hokkaidō, Japan. Her mother is Japanese and her father is French-Canadian. Since she always attended aninternational school, she claims that her English reading and writing abilityis better than her Japanese. While at school, Ozawa played hockey every day,and often went to karaoke after class. She says she became sexually active atthe age of 13, and learned the "48 sexual positions" from a book shebought herself.

While still a student, Ozawa appeared in a short(30 second) Japanese TV commercial for DARS Chocolate with the two members ofthe Japanese pop group KinKi Kids. The commercial has her sharing chocolate with one singer while secretly holding hands with the other.

Shefollowed up on her Shinjuku experience by starring in a cabaret show in Macao.The show, called "Tokyo Nights", ran at the Rockza night club in theGrand Lisboa Hotel from August 16 to September 6, 2008 and featured Ozawa andseveral other Japanese performers. The shows received mixed reviews.Promotional materials show her with a (temporary) tattoo.

In 2008, Ozawa acted in her first mainstreammovie, Invitation Only, billed as "Taiwan's First-Ever SlasherHorror". The film is produced by Three Dots Entertainment in Taipei,Taiwan and co-stars Julianne Chu. Ozawa plays a supermodel and has dialog inEnglish and Japanese. Her professionalism impressed her co-workers and her rolewas expanded to include further scenes. The film was released in Taiwan inAugust 2008. Ozawa, who is very popular in Taiwan, also did a photoshoot forthe Taiwan version of FHM magazine in May 2009.

According to a September 2009 news report,production house Maxima Pictures was "pulling the necessary strings"to have Ozawa appear in an Indonesian comedy film titled Menculik Miyabi("Kidnapping Miyabi"), which was planned for release at the end of2009. Although advertisements in the Indonesian language calling Ozawa's Muslimfans to piety and featuring Ozawa in jilbāb (Indonesian hijab) were issued onoccasions of Ramadan and Eid ul-Fitr, the Indonesian Ulema Council condemnedthe efforts for the film. A protest was held and the film's producer canceledOzawa's planned trip to Indonesia for the filming. The movie's plot had to bealtered and Ozawa's scenes were all filmed in Tokyo. Menculik Miyabi waseventually released in Indonesia in May 2010.

In November 2009, a report in Weekly Playboy (asreported in The Tokyo Reporter) stated that Ozawa was registered with thesex-service club Tiger's Hole (虎の穴 Tora no Ana?) in Shibuyaward. The article went on to say that her picture and profile at the club'ssite may be a "set up simply for publicity"

In November 2010, it was made public that Ozawa,who became the most popular porn actress in Indonesia, had arrived in Jakartafor the filming of the thriller Hantu Tanah Kusir. Maxima Pictures reportedlyacted with caution and the Islamic Defenders Front failed to learn of Ozawa'svisit. Ozawa was expected to arrive in Jakarta again on November 29 to promotethe screening of the movie but her visit was cancelled. It was reported thatshe may have been diverted to Bali to avoid the protests of the Islamic DefendersFront.
